Before we dive into the trainings, we want to take a quick moment to get anyone who’s total green up to speed. So if you’re brand new to the platform, here’s a quick overview.
Kindle Vella is a serial fiction platform run by Amazon.

It’s currently only available for United States residents, and we have no concrete answer as to when or if that will ever change, although there has been discussion in the past on expanding to other countries. So for now, this will only help U.S. residents, though if you happen to have a co writer or publisher in the US you can work with to manage your Vella publications, that can be a great way to tap into this market! 

With Kindle Vella, instead of publishing a book at a time, you’ll publish chapters (commonly referred to as episodes). Readers pay per episode, and authors are paid royalties per read, depending on how long the episode is, as well as bonuses, which we’ll explain more later on.
